TERMS OF USE OF COOKIES AND​ PRIVACY POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION AND DEFINITIONS

This Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies of the companies directly and jointly controlled by the Solví Group, contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of the personal data of users and visitors to the site, in order to demonstrate absolute transparency regarding to the subject and clarify to all interested parties about the types of data that are collected, the reasons for the collection and how users can manage or delete their personal information.

 

By expressing its acceptance to this term, the Owner consents and agrees that the Solví Group, through its direct and jointly controlled companies, hereinafter referred to as CONTROLLER, take decisions regarding the treatment of their personal data, data necessary for the enjoyment of services offered by the companies of the Solví Group, as well as processing such data, involving operations such as those relating to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, disposal , evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction in accordance with Law No. 13.709 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).

 

We recommend that you read this document carefully.

 

 

DEFINITIONS

CONTROLLER: means a natural or legal person governed by public or private law who is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data.

 

PERSONAL DATA: Brazilian law defines "personal data" as anything that refers to an identified or identifiable natural person. In practice, the expression includes all data that allows the identification of a person, such as: name, CPF, ID number, photograph etc. Furthermore, personal data may or may not be sensitive.

 

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA: Sensitive personal data refers to racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, affiliation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic data or biometric, when linked to a natural person.

 

USER: natural person who interacts with the Solví Group, through its direct and jointly controlled companies in situations where they have the possibility to make their personal data available. Examples: people who browse your website, portals, social networks, employees, third parties or service providers, among others.

 

COOKIES: These are information files that are stored on your computer or mobile devices through the internet browser (browser). These files allow, over a period of time, a website to “remember” the actions and preferences recorded in the User's name. The use of cookies exists so that the User, when returning to a website that he has already visited, does not, in principle, have to indicate his navigation preferences again (language, font, form of visualization, etc). Cookies can be persistent or session.

 

PERSISTENT COOKIES: remain on the user's computer even after closing the session or until its deletion.

 

SESSION COOKIES: expire when the user closes the browser.

 

TERM OF CONSENT: document that collects an opinion in favor of the processing of personal data for certain purposes.

 

 

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PUBLIC ACCESSIBLE AREA

When accessing any website of the Solví Group companies, the default is that the information transmitted by your Internet provider (such as, for example, the domains from which you are accessing the Solví Group websites, your IP address, operating system, date and time, browser type, language and settings, links followed within the Solví Group websites and your activities on these websites) are automatically collected to enable the technical operation of the websites. This information is recorded in the form of log files.

 

You can visit the Solví Group websites, which are accessible to the public without revealing any personal data. The information listed above is analyzed anonymously for statistical purposes and cannot be used by the Solví Group to identify you as an individual. The IP address and other features that we could use to identify you are removed during the analysis. This anonymous information is only analyzed on an aggregated level to help Grupo Solví understand trends and patterns to improve its website.

 

 

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

The collection of personal data is necessary for the companies of the Solví Group to offer services and functionalities suited to the users' needs, as well as to customize services, making their experience as comfortable and satisfactory as possible.

 

When requesting personal data and sensitive personal data, Grupo Solví may request the user's consent through the Term of Consent, following and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.  

 

The use of any and all websites and/or applications developed by the companies that are directly and jointly controlled by the Solví Group, does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data. However, if the user intends to contact the Solví Group companies for any type of request, their data will be requested through an electronic form.  

 

 

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of personal data collected has the following purposes:

 

  1. Enable the Controller to identify and contact the Holder for business relationship purposes.

  2. Enable the Parent Company to send or provide its products and services to the Holder, for a fee or free of charge.

  3. Enable the Controller to structure, test, promote and advertise products and services, customized or not to the Owner's profile.

  4. Enable the Parent Company to use such data in the registration, disclosure, awarding of interested participants in Events, Awards or Contests;

  5. Enable the Parent Company to use such data in the preparation of reports and issuance of products and services;

  6. Enable the Controller to use such data for its Communication parts;

  7. Enable the Parent Company to use such data for the issuance of Invoices and related financial documents;

  8. Enable the Parent Company to use such data to facilitate the provision of services other than those primarily contracted, provided that the client also demonstrates interest in contracting new services;

  9. Enable the Parent Company to use such data to maintain a database of market professionals to facilitate contact in future invitations to events;

 

 

DATA SECURITY

The Parent Company is responsible for maintaining security, technical and administrative measures capable of protecting the confidentiality, security and integrity of its Personal Data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of improper or unlawful treatment.

 

Pursuant to art. 48 of Law No. 13.709, the Controller will notify the Holder and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of the occurrence of a security incident that may cause relevant risk or damage to the Holder.

 

Although the Holding Company uses security measures and monitors its system to check for vulnerabilities and attacks to protect its Personal Data against unauthorized disclosure, misuse or alteration, the User understands and agrees that there are no guarantees that the information cannot be accessed, disclosed , altered or destroyed for breach of any of the physical, technical or administrative protections.

 

 

DATA SHARING

User data sharing occurs only with data referring to publications carried out by the user, such actions are shared publicly with other users.

 

User profile data is not publicly shared on search engines.

 

WILL PERSONAL DATA STORED BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES?

With respect to third-party service providers such as payment transaction processors, please note that each has its own privacy policy. Therefore, we encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand what personal information will be used by these providers.

 

Suppliers can be located or have facilities located in different countries. Under these conditions, the personal data transferred may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions in which the service provider or its facilities are located.

 

By accessing our services and providing your information, you are consenting to the processing, transfer and storage of this information in other countries.

 

When being redirected to a third party application or website, you will no longer be bound by this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of our platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

 

COOKIES OR NAVIGATION DATA

Cookies refer to text files sent by the platform to the user's and visitor's computer and which are stored there, with information related to navigation on the website. Such information is related to access data such as location and access time and is stored by the user's and visitor's browser so that the platform server can read them later in order to customize the platform's services.

 

The user and the visitor to the platform declare to know and accept that a navigation data collection system can be used through the use of cookies.

 

For the technical operation of the websites, the Controller uses necessary cookies that do not contain any personal information and are used to maintain the basic functions of the website and operate it. USE OF JOBS PORTAL

If you want to use our websites to apply for a job at the Solví Group companies, you will need to enter certain personal data. This data is used for the technical administration of the sites, but only to the extent that it is absolutely to enable the Holding Company to identify and contact the Holder for the purposes of employment opportunities and enable the Holding Company to structure, test, promote and perform evaluations, customized or not to the Owner's profile. The Parent Company is also authorized to share the Owner's personal data between companies of the same Economic Group.

 

If you submit a spontaneous application through our career portal, your data can be accessed by managers with vacancies to be filled or by Human Resources (HR).

 

If you apply for an advertised job, your data will only be processed for the purpose of applying for that specific position.

 

 

 

END OF DATA PROCESSING

The Controller may keep and process the Personal data of the Holder throughout the period in which they are relevant to the achievement of the purposes listed in this term. Anonymized personal data, without the possibility of association with the individual, may be kept for an indefinite period.

 

The Holder may request via e-mail or correspondence to the Controller, at any time, that the Holder's non-anonymized personal data be deleted. The Holder is aware that it may be impracticable for the Controller to continue providing products or services to the Holder after the deletion of personal data.

 

 

USERS' RIGHTS 

If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data and the rights granted to you under the applicable legislation, the data subject may at any time request access to the data concerning him, as well as its rectification, elimination or limitation of the use of personal data, the portability of your data, or even opposing its processing, except in the cases provided for by law. You can exercise these rights by means of a written request addressed to the e-mail  dpo@solvi.com .

 

 

CHANGES TO PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

We may change this Data Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies at any time, so it is recommended that the user and visitor review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the platform. These changes will be duly made available and, if they represent a substantial change regarding the way your data will be treated, each company directly and jointly controls the Solví Group will keep in touch according to the data made available.

 

 

CONSENT

By using the services and providing personal information on the platform, the user is consenting to this Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies.

The user, when registering, manifests to know and can exercise their rights to cancel their registration, access and update their personal data and guarantees the veracity of the information made available by them.

The user has the right to revoke consent at any time upon request via email or correspondence to the Parent Company.
